Why this exists
Built by someone who's been on the receiving end of it. I watched my stepfather pour hours into careful letters that got brushed aside. I've been through it myself — most recently a long, draining back-and-forth with my water company.
I'm a builder, not a lawyer, and this isn't a sales operation. Ordinary people deserve a fair hearing without having to become their own caseworker. The tools to do this finally exist — they just hadn't been pointed at this problem yet.
